《天下第一》是由第一媒體控股有限公司、北京東王文化發(fā)展有限公司、國(guó)際文化交流音像出版社、中廣協(xié)會(huì)城市廣播電視臺(tái)委員會(huì)聯(lián)合出品的古裝武俠劇，由鄧衍成、梁欣全、劉子富聯(lián)合執(zhí)導(dǎo)，程小東擔(dān)任武術(shù)指導(dǎo)，郭晉安、李亞鵬、霍建華、葉璇、黃圣依、高圓圓等主演。

劇情簡(jiǎn)介
當(dāng)時(shí)朝政大權(quán)被東廠總管太監(jiān)曹正淳所把持。野心勃勃的曹正淳權(quán)勢(shì)滔天，他修煉“童子功“大成、武功蓋世，又自恃掌管東廠，權(quán)傾朝野，結(jié)黨營(yíng)私，勾結(jié)貪官，陷害忠良，無惡不作。
為了獨(dú)霸朝廷權(quán)利，最終謀朝篡位，曹正淳與朱無視誓不兩立，時(shí)刻找機(jī)會(huì)鏟除護(hù)龍山莊。朱無視則矢志要保國(guó)安民“清君側(cè)”，將曹正淳伏法以保大明江山社稷。
當(dāng)時(shí)，出云國(guó)派遣了一男一女兩位武學(xué)高手來中土，明為獻(xiàn)妃，其實(shí)背后另有陰謀——他們意圖擄走皇太后，為難大明朝廷。而成是非也在因緣巧合之下，與皇帝御妹云羅郡主合謀，由他假扮太后，智退出云國(guó)高手。
云羅郡主（陳怡蓉飾演）與成是非也因此事成為愛侶，可是成是非如若娶郡主，就只能依照鐵膽神侯朱無視指示成為交趾國(guó)的王子。此事受群臣反對(duì)，同時(shí)成是非不愿被宮中規(guī)矩所束縛。
成是非憤而出走，一路上懲治貪官污吏，云羅郡主亦為了忠于愛情而離宮找成是非，兩人攜手闖蕩江湖，雖然斗嘴，樂也融融。
段天涯在東瀛學(xué)武時(shí)，本與當(dāng)?shù)匚鋵W(xué)宗師柳生但馬守的大女兒柳生雪姬（黃圣依飾演）相戀，卻遭柳生但馬守的大力反對(duì)，最后柳生雪姬為了救心上人段天涯而意外死于父親刀下。段天涯為此在她墳前立誓，他將終生不娶！
